By AMY NIXON Gretchen Egner has been running the Disney World Half-Marathon in support of Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy for the past five years. This year, she's not alone. Two of her close friends, Carrie Lefko and Michelle Kreiter, will be running with her in the Jan. 10 race. They said Gretchen's son, Nick, is their motivation.
