Green Bay - Rookie running back Brandon Jackson won't just be an emergency fill-in this week for the Green Bay Packers.
Jackson, the team's second-round pick, has been inactive the past four weeks, the first two because of a shin injury and the latter two because he was surpassed on the depth chart.
