Acuity Mutual Insurance Co. in Sheboygan must pay an almost $1 million claim by Unik Associates of Wauwatosa, the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled Wednesday.
Unik and its owner, Kishan Bagadia of Brookfield, were ordered by a federal court in Oregon in 2005 to pay $958,253.40 to Symantec Corp. of Cupertino, Calif., for unauthorized distribution of some computer programs owned by Symantec, including the popular Norton AntiVirus and other programs.See the full content of this document
