After last week's high school violence, three Milwaukee aldermen called Monday for starting a third police recruit class this year and for moving up the start date for one of the already-planned classes.
Thanks to several money-saving factors, the proposal would cost about $282,000. An additional $50,000 would go to pay for conflict resolution training for Milwaukee Public Schools safety staffers, bringing the price tag to $332,000.See the full content of this document
