A court-appointed arbitrator has ruled against the ousted former president of the George Webb restaurant chain.
Jayne M. Aliota, a Webb manager who bought the company in 2005, was fired last year by Phil Anderson, a Whitefish Bay businessman who provided $500,000 toward Aliota's down payment for the business. Aliota sued Anderson in Milwaukee County Circuit Court in November, challenging his authority to fire her and demanding reinstatement and back pay.See the full content of this document
