Belgium - A local bar is locking up its liquor for a night and opening its doors to teens for a New Year's Eve party that makes some people nervous but is also praised as a safe way for kids to celebrate.

The party at Bic's Place, for anyone age 14 or older, was first held last year, when more than 50 young people attended, said owner Claire Bichler. Among the attractions are the bar's indoor volleyball courts, a Wii game, darts and a pool table, she said.
