Chicago Brewers manager Ned Yost said he believes Brady Clark fell into the same trap that swallowed former closer Derrick Turnbow this season trying to do more than he was capable of doing and then getting so out-of-whack mechanically that he couldn't get back on track.

"He had a breakthrough year last year and tried to better it," Yost said. "You work your tail off and try to improve and come back and have a better year. It's hard to put together a better year than he had last year."
