Q. Fifteen months ago, I quit an information technology job because I was frustrated with the job and with the negative attitude of my manager. She had no IT experience and less education than those who reported to her. I think she got her position as a political favor for a new top-level manager.

Because of her lack of experience, several major projects failed. She blamed me and other staff members. I believe she sabotaged my reputation within the company.
