Culver's is rolling out a smaller prototype restaurant that will fit into urban neighborhoods, as the fast-food restaurant chain expands in large cities around the Midwest and in Texas.
The new restaurants seat 98 people, compared with the 120-seat design now prevalent among Culver's 320 locations in 16 states. The first of the small restaurants will open in Fort Dodge, Iowa, in late spring.See the full content of this document
