New Berlin The city's insurance company will not cover taxpayers for any damages related to the Greek Orthodox church lawsuit, the company told the city attorney in a letter last month.
The insurance company, Brookfield-based Cities & Villages Mutual Insurance Co., wrote the city Feb. 7 stating that after a Feb. 1 federal court ruling against the city in the case, it would not be responsible for paying any damages the city is ordered to pay to the church.See the full content of this document
