City of Pewaukee real estate developer Dennis L. Gritzmacher has reached a plea agreement with federal prosecutors in a case accusing him of evading $340,000 in federal taxes during a 10-year period by not filing tax returns.

The plea agreement filed recently in federal court indicates that Gritzmacher paid no federal taxes from 1994 through 2003 and $20,000 in four installments in 2004, in the midst of an investigation by the Internal Revenue Service.
