Mequon - Krishna Chintamaneni, who was killed Thursday when a truck's tire flew through his windshield as he was driving home from Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-St. Francis, where he was chief of staff, was remembered Friday as a compassionate and pioneering physician who found fulfillment in helping patients and their families deal with serious health issues.
"His work was highly challenging and highly gratifying," his daughter Smitha Chintamaneni, a Milwaukee lawyer, said Friday. "Every day was a gratifying experience for him, knowing he had helped someone else."See the full content of this document
