Given a federal court ruling on Tuesday, Americans United for Separation of Church and State should drop its lawsuit against the Elmbrook School District over holding graduation ceremonies at the non-denominational Elmbrook Church and find something more important to fight.
As U.S. District Judge Charles Clevert said in ruling that this weekend's graduation ceremonies at the church could proceed, "A ceremony in the church does not necessarily constitute a church ceremony."See the full content of this document
