A 17-year-old Milwaukee boy charged in last week's fatal shooting of 13-year-old Candace Moss said the bullet that killed her was meant for her neighbor, with whom he was entangled in an ongoing feud, according a criminal complaint.
Police said Stanley Myron Daniels Jr. said he was gunning for a 19-year-old man he said had shot at him and shot one of his friends, says the complaint, which was filed Tuesday.See the full content of this document
