Waukesha The New Berlin School District is being sued by two engineering firms that say they have not been paid $52,000 they are owed for work on two district projects.
Romes Design Inc. and Central Consulting Engineers Ltd., both of Green Bay, contend in the lawsuit that they were not paid because the district entered into an improper contract with the primary contractor, which subsequently went into bankruptcy.See the full content of this document
