Rahjeen Mitchell woke up last week in a hospital, woozy with a foggy memory. The 12-year-old figured she must have fallen and hit her head.
On Monday, her mother and a psychiatrist from Children's Hospital of Wisconsin told her what much of Milwaukee already knew: She had been hit in the forehead by an errant bullet outside her home June 13, the same day she graduated from Barton Elementary School.See the full content of this document
