Green Bay Grey Ruegamer has been the Green Bay Packers' best guard in training camp but won't be starting Thursday night in the exhibition opener against San Diego at Lambeau Field.
It was Ruegamer at left guard and Atlas Herrion for an injured Matt O'Dwyer at right guard in the Buffalo scrimmage.
