18-Year-Old Homicide Case Is Finally Going to Trial; Watertown Woman Was Beaten to Death
Although questioned early on in Scobie Brunner's death, Knapp was not charged until about 12 years after the homicide, which occurred in the early morning hours of Dec. 12, 1987, because police did not have sufficient evidence against him.
