One of Milwaukee's best known non-profit housing organizations is under investigation for its use of federal community development block grant funds, Milwaukee County Assistant District Attorney David Feiss confirmed Monday.
Feiss said his office and the Milwaukee Police Department are looking into how the South Community Organization/Tri-Corp Housing Inc. spent federal block grant funds it received from the city to rehabilitate houses.See the full content of this document
