Waukesha A man accused of driving an ice cream vending truck while intoxicated in New Berlin during the summer was arrested in a courtroom Thursday after he came to his plea hearing with an apparent heavy scent of alcohol on his breath.

Dave Blundell, who failed to show up for his last scheduled court hearing in the drunken driving case, was prohibited from consuming any alcohol while free on bail and reportedly was skipping appointments with monitors who are assigned to keep tabs on him and enroll him in counseling.
