Madison -- Waukesha County District Attorney Brad Schimel said Friday that prosecuting the second felony trial of former Assembly Speaker Scott Jensen would overwhelm his office, and he hopes Jensen doesn't get the case moved from Dane County.

Also Friday, Dane County Circuit Judge David Flanagan scheduled a Feb. 21 hearing on Jensen's request for a Waukesha County judge, prosecutor and jury for his retrial.
