Menard Inc. must file reports with the federal government, detailing the numbers of female and minority employees in its work force for each of the last five years, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said Wednesday.

The directive came in an order from U.S. District Judge John C. Shabaz, the commission said.
