Modine Manufacturing Co. on Monday announced the next phase of its global restructuring plan, including early retirements for 200 U.S. employees and the elimination of 200 jobs in Taiwan when a factory is shut down.

The buyouts are enhanced early retirement packages offered to about 200 salaried employees who were planning to retire from August through March. The buyouts will be spread about 50/50 between the Racine headquarters and the company's other facilities in the United States, spokeswoman Lori Stafford said.
