Waukesha - A man sentenced to 100 days in jail in 2004 for his fourth drunken driving conviction was charged Tuesday with committing the offense for the fifth time Monday afternoon while riding a motorcycle in Brookfield.
Thomas H. Voelske, 43, of Waukesha was charged with felony drunken driving in a criminal complaint that says a preliminary breath test administered at the scene fixed the alcohol concentration in his system at the time at 0.33, more than four times the legal limit.See the full content of this document
