Waukesha - A man sentenced to 100 days in jail in 2004 for his fourth drunken driving conviction was charged Tuesday with committing the offense for the fifth time Monday afternoon while riding a motorcycle in Brookfield.

Thomas H. Voelske, 43, of Waukesha was charged with felony drunken driving in a criminal complaint that says a preliminary breath test administered at the scene fixed the alcohol concentration in his system at the time at 0.33, more than four times the legal limit.
