Two Milwaukee-based federal judges who were on a list of people Bart A. Ross blamed for ruining his life have encountered death threats as a result of their positions earlier in their careers.
Ross, 57, of Chicago, killed himself during a traffic stop in West Allis Wednesday. Among items found in his minivan was a letter in which he admits killing the husband and mother of Chicago federal judge Joan Lefkow.See the full content of this document
