Union Grove The state Department of Veterans Affairs will hold a Memorial Day ceremony at 11 a.m. next Sunday at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 21731 Spring St., as part of various commemorative ceremonies statewide and in Racine County during the Memorial Day weekend.
