In what the district attorney said is the first use of the "Len Bias law" in Washington County, prosecutors filed a homicide charge against a man whose co-worker died of a drug overdose.
Richard S. Dinkelmann, 40, of the 100 block of Bridge St. in Mayville, was charged with first-degree reckless homicide as a repeat felon, which carries a maximum prison term of 46 years.He gave methadone to Robert S.
