Kansas City, Mo. - It was a big play and it shut the door with a bang on any hopes the Kansas City Chiefs had of pulling off a miracle in the final minute against the Green Bay Packers Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium.

Charles Woodson, a cornerback by trade and a playmaker by reputation, was there to do his thing with the Packers nursing a 26- 22 lead with 1:10 left in the game.

Woodson read Kansas City quarterback Damon Huard like a favorite old book, stepped in front of a pass intended for running back Priest Holmes, intercepted the ball and returned it 46 yards for a touchdown.

That put the Packers ahead 33-22 and sent a sea of red-clad fans limping home, leaving mostly Packers fans from what had been a crowd of 78,988.
