Glendale Jurors reporting for their Milwaukee County Courthouse duty and downtown workers trying to get to their offices are irate that construction workers building the new Bayshore Town Center are hogging many of the parking spaces in the park-and-ride lot at Port Washington Road and Silver Spring Drive.

"I'll probably get a ticket because I parked in a handicap spot this morning," Gayle Adrian, a Brown Deer woman who leaves her car at the lot so she can take the bus to work, said recently. "I have a doctor's appointment later today, and that was the only spot that was available."
