Four years after it opened, The Landing at Park Shore condominium project is completing some work that its developer hopes will bring a fresh round of sales -- despite a slumping demand for housing.
The Landing, 4100 S. Lake Drive, St. Francis, initially opened as an apartment development when its 147-unit first phase was completed in 2004. One year later, project developer Thomson Corp. began offering the units for sale.
