Port Washington The executive director of the Port Washington Business Improvement District said Tuesday she is talking with the owners of a new cinema complex about cross-promotions that would be designed to bring moviegoers into downtown restaurants and taverns.

So far, though, no formal agreement has been reached between the business district and Marcus Cinemas. The 12-screen Marcus Cinema of Saukville opens Friday.
