All of which means one thing for the Milwaukee County Board:

Time to extend the contract.

Supervisor Elizabeth Coggs is proposing that the board sign a new $120,000 contract with Randall's one-man consulting firm for April through the end of the year.

That would work out to $13,333 a month for the longtime Republican politico -- an 11% pay raise.
