Milwaukee police on Thursday announced two developments they hope will lead to whoever killed 4-year-old Jasmine Owens as she jumped rope outside her home - a $10,000 reward, and the recovery of the SUV they suspect was used in Monday's drive-by shooting.

The 1994 Jeep Cherokee had been burned when it was recovered by police Wednesday near N. 12th St. and W. North Ave. The shooting took place in the 2800 block of N. 29th St. about 8:20 p.m.
