A state Court of Appeals has overturned the 2004 felony conviction of a bus driver who pleaded guilty to child abuse for berating and slapping a 9-year-old boy with Down syndrome.
Brian Duchow, 32, already has served most of the three-year probation sentence handed down in September 2004, though the accompanying six months of jail time was stayed until the outcome of the appeal was known. Now it's unclear what will happen.See the full content of this document
