Voters Guide; a $62.2 Million Request; Elmbrook Referendum Half of Previous Plan

The price tag is dramatically lower than last year's failed $108.8 million referendum plan -- a reduction of 43% or $46.6 million.

And because borrowing interest rates have lowered, the tax impact on Elmbrook residents would be cut in half: from $1.02 per $1,000 of assessed property value to 51 cents per $1,000.
