Imago Scientific Instruments Corp. has closed on the acquisition of an Oxford University spinoff that gives the Madison nanotechnology toolmaker nearly all of the patents in its industry niche and a doorway into European markets.
The acquisition Tuesday of Oxford nanoScience, for an undisclosed price, gives Imago ownership of nearly all the patents for atomic probe microscopy, said Timothy Stultz, Imago's president and chief executive officer.See the full content of this document
