Sheboygan - A Sheboygan County man whose criminal record goes back nearly a quarter-century was sentenced this week to 18 months in state prison for his ninth drunken driving offense and fleeing police.
David W. Bingham, 44, was sentenced Thursday by Sheboygan County Circuit Judge Gary Langhoff to 18 months in prison but was given 242 days - about eight months - of credit for time already served since his arrest in February for driving drunk and then fleeing police.See the full content of this document
