Robert Miranda, editor of the Spanish Journal, and radio talk- show host Charlie Sykes have settled a libel suit without a trial.
Under the terms of the settlement, Sykes' employer, Journal Communications, will pay $5,000 the maximum amount allowed in small- claims court to endow a college scholarship for a South Division High School student who wants to study journalism, Miranda said.See the full content of this document
