Cedarburg A schoolteacher jogging in a local park early Monday saw something out of the corner of his eye, at first thinking it was a really tall black dog.

But despite the improbability, Jeff White identified the animal as a young black bear lumbering through the north end of Centennial Park about 5:30 a.m.
