When David Stillman succeeds in his work, companies manage to blend their old-time curmudgeons and their hip-hop kids into an efficient work force. A co-founder and co-owner of BridgeWorks LLC, Stillman studies the conflicts between the generations and shares his knowledge with corporate managers and non-profit agencies. He's also co-authored a leading seller on how to solve the "generational puzzle." On Tuesday, he told members of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation how they can reach the Traditionalists, the baby boomers, Generation Xers and the Millennials in their 2005 community campaign. Before his speech, the 35-year-old Generation Xer took five with Journal Sentinel reporter Tom Held, a young boomer.
