Stock Market Simulation

Summary


EconomicsWisconsin provides resources to teach students financial literacy and economic understanding. The Stock Market Simulation is one of the programs of EconomicsWisconsin. Students invest an imaginary $100,000 over a 10-week period, with a limit of 50 trades, or $1 million over a seven-month period, with a limit of 50 trades. The spring 2008 simulation will begin on Feb. 18. To obtain additional information, visit www.wisconsinsms.com. Rankings listed below for the 2007-'08 Million Dollar Challenge contain school name, team number and portfolio value, rounded to the nearest dollar, as of market close Thursday.
