Grafton A police investigation that began as a result of a service station selling alcoholic beverages and tobacco products to underage customers may result in the station owner being deported, according to a federal agent's report filed in the case.

Kuldip Singh, 32, owner of the Clark gas station and convenience store at 1020 Washington St., was taken into the custody of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency last week.
