The quiet weather pattern will continue all week as high pressure in the center of the country keeps northern clipper systems north of Wisconsin and that storm track to our south away from the state. Look for sunshine the next few days with a few more clouds rolling in Friday. The temperatures will stay rather cool with highs in the low 50s inland and mid-40s near the lake on most days, although westerly winds should give the Milwaukee area a high temperature of around 50 today.

At this point, the Easter weekend forecast looks dry but seasonally cool with high temperatures in the mid- to upper 40s. Easter is a floating holiday that occurs from late March through mid- April, so its weather can be cold and snowy or warm and pleasant.
