Margie Takton built an extraordinary house and threw an extraordinary housewarming party on July 30 to show it off.

Margie is the daughter of the late Emory Clark, founder of Clark Oil and Refining Corp. She razed her father's dated ranch house on the 3-acre Elm Grove site and replaced it with a 12,000-square- foot, eight-bedroom, 14-bath mansion with a theater, ballet area, wine cellar and game room everything you'd want if you had 10 grandchildren to entertain.
