Lester P. Voigt was the first secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and a national figure in the conservation community for many years.
Voigt died Wednesday at the age of 90, said his nephew, David Brostrom of Waukesha. A resident of St. Charles, Ill., Voigt died suddenly but had suffered from Alzheimer's disease, his nephew said.See the full content of this document
