Waukesha - Police are asking that a warrant be issued for Michael Tramel Rogers, who they say fled on foot after a high-speed chase and crash.
Police said Tuesday the Milwaukee man had not been found. Officers searched for two hours after the chase, which ended at 11:16 p.m. Sunday. They used night vision equipment and a canine unit but were unable to locate him.See the full content of this document
