First, there's the book itself and its 584 pages of Fonda stories. Even if you haven't yet read it, Fonda, 67, has shared the highlights on ABC, CBS, NBC and CNN, plus various other outlets known by initials, as well as in the pages of Newsweek and on a visit to "Letterman." And later this month, her movie "Monster-in- law" with Jennifer Lopez is expected to open.
